2. Use of Services

BreatheSlow is provided as a tool to assist users in understanding potential symptoms and should not be used as a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Medical professionals may use BreatheSlow as a supplementary tool but should rely on their expertise and judgment for medical decision-making.

3. User Accounts

To access the services offered on BreatheSlow, you must create an account by providing a valid email address and password. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities conducted through your account. If you suspect any unauthorized use of your account, notify us immediately.

4. Subscription Tiers

We offer two subscription tiers for our services:

• Starter Tier: Free of charge, allowing up to 25 searches per day.
• Professional Tier: Provides unlimited searches. This tier requires a paid subscription.

5. Payments

The Professional tier requires payment. All payments are securely processed by Stripe, a third-party payment processor. We do not collect or store your payment information. By subscribing to the Professional tier, you agree to comply with Stripe’s terms of service and privacy policy.

6. Usage Limits for Starter Tier

Users on the Starter tier are limited to 25 searches per day. Attempts to circumvent this limit, including creating multiple accounts, are prohibited and may result in account suspension or termination.

7. Privacy

Your privacy is important to us. By creating an account, you consent to our collection and use of your email address and password solely for authentication and communication purposes. For more details, refer to our Privacy Policy.

8. Video Consultations

BreatheSlow offers video consultation services to facilitate communication between regular users, doctors, and specialists. By using this feature, you agree to the following:

• All interactions during video consultations must remain professional and respectful.
• BreatheSlow is not responsible for the accuracy of information provided by doctors, specialists, or other users during consultations.
• Any advice or recommendations given during a video consultation are not a substitute for in-person medical evaluation, diagnosis, or treatment.
• Users are prohibited from recording or sharing video consultations without the explicit consent of all participants.
• BreatheSlow reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to video consultation services for violations of these terms.

The video chat room feature is offered as is, and we make no guarantees about its availability, security, or functionality. We are not responsible for the content shared within the chat, nor any consequences arising from interactions therein. Any issues with the functionality of the chat should be reported to our support team for further investigation.

9. Text Chat Rooms

The text-based group chat feature that we offer to Professional subscribers is provided through an integration with a third-party service, Chatwee. By using the group chat, you agree to comply with both our Terms of Service and Chatwee’s terms and conditions, which can be found here. It is your responsibility to review and adhere to Chatwee’s terms while using this feature.

The text-based chat room feature is offered as is, and we make no guarantees about its availability, security, or functionality. We are not responsible for the content shared within the chat, nor any consequences arising from interactions therein. Any issues with the functionality of the chat should be reported to our support team for further investigation.

10. User Responsibilities

Regular users agree to use BreatheSlow responsibly and acknowledge that all information provided by them is accurate to the best of their knowledge. Medical professionals are responsible for ensuring that the use of BreatheSlow aligns with their professional standards and applicable regulations. Both groups must not use our services for illegal or unethical purposes.

11. Disclaimer of Warranties

BreatheSlow is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of the information provided for regular users or medical professionals.

12. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall BreatheSlow or its affiliates be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, incidental and consequential damages, lost profits, or damages resulting from lost data or business interruption) resulting from the use or inability to use our services. This limitation applies to both regular users and medical professionals.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for changes.

14. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms or misuse of the Site’s services.
